45th Parallel LLC is a multi inspector company serving the Southwest Washington and Northwest Oregon region. Our typical inspections are in the Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR metro areas, however, we do range out farther if you need us. We range as far north as Seattle occasionally and as far south as Salem and Eugene. We occasionally head out to the coast to places like Seaside, OR and Astoria, OR. We have been as far East as Spokane and the Tri-cities area. So, what we are saying is, we get around, and will travel if you need us. 

We also specialize in other types of inspections like EIFS, Adhered Stone Veneer, and Stucco including invasive moisture testing. We are also experienced at commercial inspections including retail space, manufacturing space, and multi-family residential apartments and complexes. 

Radon testing, sewer line inspections, and water quality testing are also on the menu.
