Celia has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including remodeling, flipping, wholesaling, and managing rentals. She obtained her home inspector license in 2020, and has continued and expanded her education in wood destroying organisms, mold testing, pool, and sewer scoping.

Over the last five years of home inspecting, she has developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what makes a home structurally sound, safe, and comfortable. Throughout her career she has conducted numerous residential, multiplex, condo and manufactured home inspections, identifying issues ranging from apparently cosmetic flaws that could later affect a major system or component, to significant structural concerns. This experience has allowed her to give her clients the most accurate picture of the home they are trying to purchase, to make the most informed decisions in the process.

Her extensive experience and background includes not only thorough assessments of interior and exterior components, but she also attends continuing education seminars, online trainings, and follows specialists in the different industries and trades that are part of a whole home.  She and her team take pride in providing clear, actionable findings in an easy to understand report. Her goal is to empower clients to make the best decisions by giving them a complete picture of the home’s current condition.
