Rodney Harrison’s obsession with building started at age 10, watching his grandparents' home rise from the dirt. That early spark turned into a lifelong career. Before becoming a home inspector, Rodney spent 14 years as a residential framer—learning exactly how a house is put together from the bones up—followed by years in HVAC and commercial sheet metal. He’s worked on everything from local homes to complex projects like hospitals and military installations.

In 2013, while Rodney was finishing his degree in Construction Management, a mentor noticed his technical "eye" and suggested home inspection. It was a natural fit.
