TOOLS & EQUIPMENT
When you hire us for your home inspection, you can rest assured that we have what it takes when it comes to inspection tools, gadgets, and equipment. From a work van/mobile office topped with multiple extension ladders to premium handheld digital equipment (moisture meter, thermal imaging camera, etc.), we come well-equipped and prepared for the job. Other tools & equipment include, but are not limited to, gas detectors, laser thermometers, outlet & circuit testers, voltage/amp meters, etc.
YES, we have MANY great tools that help us dig a little deeper and work more efficiently, right down to our mobile inspection report software, which allows us to fully utilize our mobile office and continue working on your inspection report on the go. However, notably, some of our most important "tools" are our knowledge, experience, vigilance, and attention-to-detail, topped with a profound desire to deliver the best home inspection experience possible. ONSITE REVIEW
After spending an average of three hours completing your inspection, while collecting notes, data, pictures, and videos needed for your inspection report, we invite you to join us at the home/property for an in-person Walk-Through Review of the results at a scheduled time. At your review, you'll receive an onsite summary of the more significant items, have a chance to look at things in person, and get the opportunity to ask questions and voice your concerns.
Walk-Through Reviews are optional but encouraged. They average 30 minutes or less, and we do our best to work around your schedule. If you're simply unable to attend in person, that's okay too. Our reports are amazing, and you'll have the option of a phone call summary instead.
EXCEPTIONALLY DETAILED REPORTS - DELIVERED FAST!
After the inspection and your onsite walk-through review of our findings, we'll email your written home inspection report within 24 hours or less, guaranteed. However, report turnaround time is typically much sooner, and it's highly likely that it will get to you the same day for morning inspection appointments. You'll also receive a text alert upon completion.
Our reports are computer-generated and interactive, with the latest and greatest inspection software technology, complete with plenty of photos & videos inserted right into the report, and are easily shared. They also have a handy repair request builder tool for any negotiations.

LET'S GET PHYSICAL
We do our absolute best to PHYSICALLY INSPECT the hard-to-reach places. While occasional circumstances that are simply out of our control and can limit inspections may arise, we make every effort to CRAWL inside crawlspaces/attics and on roofs to thoroughly and properly check them. If you're shopping around, beware: some inspectors only poke their heads in the openings, no matter the situation, or simply send a camera. This does not constitute a proper inspection. You can't feel around, smell an odor, test a moisture stain, etc., or fully inspect if you don't physically go on or inside. We use our knowledge, equipment, AND SENSES while inspecting...every sense except taste. (Unless the seller leaves us brownies)
