Providing high-quality home inspections and helping clients make informed home-buying decisions is something I genuinely enjoy and look forward to every day. I take pride not only in evaluating homes, but also in educating both new and experienced buyers so they can better understand the property they are purchasing. A well-informed client is an empowered client.
I am an InterNACHI® Certified Master Inspector with over ten years of experience in the industry. My education includes two intensive home inspection training programs from accredited schools, American Home Inspector Training (AHIT) and Axium Academy. I have successfully passed the National Home Inspector Examination, which is a standardized exam that assesses a home inspector’s knowledge of residential construction, building systems, inspection practices, and professional responsibilities.. While the State of Colorado does not currently require home inspectors to pass the NHIE exam or to be licensed, I maintain the certifications, training, and testing standards that would be required in licensed states. In addition to home inspection credentials, I’m licensed and certified by the State of Colorado for radon and asbestos testing. I also obtained the FAA’s Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, which authorizes an individual to legally operate drones for commercial purposes. Over the past decade, I have completed more than 3,500 inspections, covering homes built from the late 1800s through modern construction.
Outside of work, I enjoy taking full advantage of Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle with my wife and dog. I ride and race with a local cycling team and also enjoy backpacking, camping, triathlons, paddle boarding, swimming, trail running, and traveling.
