Look it's hard to find 1. People that will do the job, 2. Do it right the 1st time 3. Understand that I have individual needs 4. A person who is able to evaluate the situation based only on my needs. 5. Make me feel any concerns are important to you. You usually have to hire someone based on a few of those. NOT THIS TIME! Travon checked off every one of the important factors when you are looking to hire someone. On top of checking ALL OF THE ABOVE boxes, he was kind, funny and simply down to earth. He is truly an asset to anyone he works for but he actually has and should work for himself. I am thankful I found him.

My experience was fantastic! I do not like dealing with any type of inspectors BUT TRAVONN WAS REALLY AMAZING. He was very accommodating for me when I had appointment time/last minute change. Very prompt on arrival. Explained things in detail but in easy to understand terms. Provided my reports same day as promised. Very present by phone and interaction. I felt he was there for me and I was important, not just in a hurry to get done and leave. It should tell you alot that I already scheduled a inspection on a second property. You can not go wrong with Travonn!!
