Steven has been with BiltRite for 4 years.  His background is in soils engineering and materials testing.  Steven has an amazing eye for detail and an advanced understanding of how the different systems in a building work together.  He is also a coffee afficionado and he and his wife Kelly run ZapCat Coffee in Atlantic Beach.
