David Roche has a background that includes construction, remodeling, and rehabbing older homes since 1977, both in the United States and Ireland where he was born.

David holds both the nationally awarded prestigious ASHI Certified  Inspector (ACI) and the NAHI Certified Real Estate Inspector (CRI) designation to his credit which very few home inspectors have  accomplished.

Graduating in 1998 from the American Inspectors Society AIS in  Atlanta with distinction, David is Board Certified and a life member of  the A.I.S. where he held a position on the Board of Directors. Additionally, David has been awarded two AIS Inspector of the  year awards.

He is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors ASHI and has achieved the Certified Inspector status, having met rigorous requirements including passing a comprehensive written technical exam.

David joined the National Association of Home Inspectors NAHI in 1998 and shortly after that became a NAHI Certified Real Estate Inspector CRI. The designation is given only to home inspectors who demonstrate  their advanced knowledge and proficiency of all aspects of a home  inspection, as well as passing the NAHI CRI Exam. David is also a past  president of the Ohio chapter of NAHI.
