Erick is experienced in virtually every aspect of residential  construction, from roofing to foundations and everything in between. He  is well versed in the components and systems that make up a house, and  understands how all of those elements work together to make a safe,  sound, and healthy home.

With his “concrete” experience, Erick is our resident expert when it comes to new construction foundation inspections.

Building on that experience, Erick became certified as an InterNACHI  Certified Professional Inspector (CPI). Through continuing education, he also holds certificates relating to the inspection of every critical  module of residential structures. Before joining Buyer’s Inspection  Service, Erick operated as an independent inspector, serving the  southwest region of Ohio as well as running his construction company  which focused on custom home improvements and outdoor living spaces.
