I have been a home inspector since 1984 and introduced Carefree Home Inspection Services in 1994.  I bring considerable knowledge of all home systems.  My experiences as a fully certified and licensed home inspector, a HUD 203k Consultant, a NACA Consultant, a North Carolina State Certified Real Estate Appraiser, as well as a retired North Carolina State Certified Building Inspector Level 3. These certifications have allowed me to provide innumerable inspections services to customers throughout the state of North Carolina.
