Geremey holds a Master’s degree in Emergency and Disaster Management and is a seasoned On-Call Disaster Inspector contractor for FEMA with a strong background in emergency response and construction.
A proud veteran, Geremey served 6½ years in the West Virginia Air National Guard and holds a Rotary Wing Pilot’s License. He’s also a licensed residential builder and active real estate investor, taking on full-scale rehab projects. His hands-on experience in the field gives him a practical edge as a home inspector—he understands how structures are built, and more importantly, how they can be fixed.
Geremey believes in educating clients rather than alarming them. His approach is rooted in real-world knowledge and calm, professional communication—helping clients feel confident in their decisions.
“I think it’s important to hire an inspector who has worn a toolbelt.” – Geremey
Outside of work, Geremey enjoys building, hiking, and alpine climbing. He’s been happily married to his wife Erin since 2018. Erin, now in medical school, currently serves in the Tennessee Air National Guard after previously serving in the WV ANG.
