Ron Fast is the owner and lead inspector of First-In Home Inspection, serving Northeast Ohio. A United States Marine Corps (USMC) veteran and former firefighter, Ron brings a disciplined, safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail to every inspection and educational presentation.

With thousands of residential and investment property inspections completed, Ron specializes in evaluating major systems including roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components. His background in military service and emergency response sharpened his ability to assess risk, prioritize life-safety concerns, and communicate clearly under pressure.

In addition to leading a growing inspection team, Ron is an active real estate investor with hands-on experience in property ownership and renovation. His approach is practical, field-driven, and focused on helping Realtors reduce liability, protect their clients, and navigate transactions with confidence.

Ron is married with children and enjoys traveling with his family whenever possible, bringing the same energy and curiosity to life that he brings to his business.
