He is an actively retired Fire Inspector with LA County Fire Department, a Certified California State Mediator performing Defect Litigation and Warranty Inspections for 12 major builders in Southern California, and the Owner of FOCUS Inspection Authority LLC,  A Boutique and Specialized Group of Certified Master Inspectors.
