After serving in the hospitality industry for over 15 years as a bartender, bar manager, and restaurant manager, Mike followed in his parents’ footsteps, first obtaining a real estate license and then later shifting his focus to home inspections. Mike became the second-generation owner and operator of Joyce Home Inspections before merging with Front Line in 2024.  When he’s not inspecting homes, he is spending quality time with his wife and two children–whether that be coaching Little League, exploring the Metroparks, or watching Cleveland sports–thrilled to be raising a family in Geauga County where he himself grew up.
