Hi, I'm Mike Joyce and I serve as the Director of Agent Relations and Licensed Home Inspector. After 15 years in hospitality, I followed my parents’ footsteps - first as a realtor, then as a home inspector. I ran Joyce Home Inspections before merging with Front Line in 2024. What I love about Front Line is the camaraderie and team work that shows on every job we complete. I am not only an inspector but also a Certified Continued Education instructor. With my past experience as a Real Estate Agent, I enjoy connecting with Realtors across Ohio to introduce them to the inspection company that has positively impacted both my professional and personal life. Outside of work, I spend time with my wife and two kids, coaching Little League, exploring the Metroparks, and cheering on Cleveland sports in my hometown of Geauga County.
