Head Engineer & Company Owner

Tim is our head engineer and the company owner. He graduated Magna Cum Laude at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. From 1976-1983 he worked for Chicago Bridge and Iron Company in various assignments, including field engineer and contract supervisor.

He began doing inspections in 1983 with Associated Inspection Services and stayed with them until 1985, when he started his inspection company; Professional Property Inspections. He performed inspections as a sole proprietor from 1985-2005, when he incorporated as Hedderman Engineering, Inc.

He is married to the lovely Kelly Hedderman, who manages the office and has two sons: Daniel and David, who both currently work as inspectors with the company.

He enjoys studying and teaching the Bible, along with traveling to foreign countries.
