William, who goes by Billy, has been a great asset to our team. Not only is he a licensed Home Inspector, but he is also a full time fire fighter. When not serving the community or inspecting homes, he is a husband and father of two children. You can also catch him outdoors in the marsh, woods or water. 

Billy has a unique skill set, with his back ground in fire fighting he has a great understanding of building construction and home safety issues. Billy obtained his home inspection license in 2017 but has been around the industry for much longer. Billy will often say working for House Call is like working for family, which is partially true, his sister in-law was Ed's first employee! His Brother and Sister in-law also own another Home Inspection company in their home state of Michigan. 

Billy's favorite part of inspections is meeting the buyers and using the home inspection as a teaching process. Billy loves to educate potential buyers on not only the "bad" of the home, but the good as well. There is no such thing a perfect home, only perfect for you.
