I am certified through the State of Florida and Inside and Out Property Inspectors is a member of InterNachi, The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I am also a Certified Flir Level II Thermographer BJ is trained on the most current technology in the home inspection industry and continuously takes classes on emerging issues and relevant topics to stay ahead of changing technology and industry trends. I have also completed the Exterior Design Institute EIFS Inspector/Moisture Analysis Course to become a EIFS QC Inspector.

In the years since retiring from custom home building, I relocated to Florida from North Carolina in 2005 and launched a home repair company focusing on partial remodels, full renovations and insurance rebuilds.
