2002 – Started Informed Decision Property Inspections, Inc. (IDPI).

2003-2011 – Was a member of the City of Loveland Construction Advisory Board.
2005 - Founding president, founded the Northern Colorado Chapter of ASHI with local area ASHI inspectors.

2008 - Started Applied Building Science Inspections, Inc. (ABSI) to better align technical capabilities and services in the marketplace.

2013 - Recruited to work for a company out of state, sold ABSI.
2015 - Returned to Colorado and started inspections by referral, a JKR Consulting, LLC service.
