Buck Fleming

Tn License # 1601, InterNACHI Ceritified

People look at me funny when I tell them I have been in the trades for nearly 30 years and I'm in my early 40's. I come from a family of tradespeople and contractors and developed a passion for the trades and homes as a young kid building fences and barns with my grandfather (working on our small farm). In '94 I started working for my uncle cleaning up jobsites and sweeping out houses. After graduating the University of Tennessee in '04 I became a Customer Relations Manager for Pulte Homes in Nashville. My job was to Quality Control Houses and do final walkthroughs with home buyers.

After Pulte, I started sub contracting additions and remodeling which led to me getting my Home Improvement Contractor License which I used to remodel and flip houses. In 2016 I hurt my back which made me reconsider what I was doing. My passion was to help people and I couldn't think of a better way than to use my years of experience remodeling than to start inspecting homes for people.

I am passionate about serving my clients and helping them understand their new home. I approach every inspection as if my mother was buying it. If I see something in a house that I'd want my mom to know about, I want you to know about it.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. We are truly excited to serve you during your home buying process.

Sincerely,

Buck Fleming
