Justin Bailey is one of our rising stars in the home inspection industry, specializing in insurance inspections and comprehensive home inspections. His strong attention to detail, work ethic, and commitment to client service make him a valuable member of the Kenco Home Inspections team.
Before entering the home inspection field, Justin built extensive experience as a Field Claims Adjuster, conducting on-site inspections following major hurricane events and evaluating property damage, including flooring and structural issues. This background gave him a deep understanding of building components, damage assessment, and the importance of accurate reporting.
Justin understands that purchasing or maintaining a home is a significant investment, and he is dedicated to helping clients make informed decisions with confidence. He has trained directly under Ken Dolin, Founder of Kenco Home Inspections, and is fully certified to provide the high standards of professionalism, thoroughness, and service that Kenco is known for.
