Mark holds an Illinois home inspector license (#450.012804), is certified by IEMA for radon, FAA-licensed for drone operations, and recognized as a Certified Sewer Survey Technician. He also carries multiple InterNACHI and ASHI certifications, including mold, chimney, infrared thermography, moisture intrusion, and advanced stucco/EIFS systems. He is actively pursuing licensure in Wisconsin and Indiana and is currently working toward formal certification through the Exterior Design Institute (EDI) to support future EIFS service offerings.
