Markie is a Licensed Home Inspector serving all of Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee. He brings with him over twenty years of experience in the Building Industry. His resume is chalked full of experience in the Residential & Commercial Construction, including Residential Construction, Multi-Family Real Estate Development/Project Management, Commercial Construction/ Project Management with his most recent being Commercial Project Estimator/Project Management for Virginia Department of Corrections Construction Unit. He holds a Class A Contractor License in Residential and Commercial Construction. Expect him to bring a fresh perspective on construction practices and procedures having "hands on" experience for these past 20 years. Markie enjoys sharing his knowledge with others while inspecting homes. His thoroughness provides clients with the knowledge and confidence they need when making the biggest purchase of their lives!
Markie has been married for twenty years to his wife, Melissa. They have two children, Lauren and Marcus. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, running, going to church, and traveling.
