I was born and raised in North County San Diego and have been in the construction business/trade for over 20+ years. I started out in high school working for a construction company and after graduating high school  I moved on to a couple local HOA maintenance companies, all while studying the sciences at Mira Costa and CSUSM. After a little time spent with those companies I realized that I had the skill set and a determination to start my own handyman/construction business.

Over the years of owning my small business I was able to see a lot of  safety issues along with improperly built and constructed projects. From the relationships that I built through my business, a few realtors mentioned home inspections as a new career due to my keen eye and ability to communicate effectively with the customer about any issues on house and home. This inspired me to help homeowners become aware of the issues and nuisances that a house may harbor if things are not serviced or maintained.

This led me to starting Crosshair Property Inspections (CPI). My first steps were obtaining credentials & certifications through, American Home Inspector Training, US Home Inspector Training and InterNACHI were I received my “Certified Profession Inspector” certificate. This was then followed by procuring my local business licensing & permits, insurance and incorporating through the state of California.
