ABOUT JASON
Originally from Seattle, I relocated to Florida with my wife and two kids in search of more sunshine and beaches in 2024. I have worked in multiple facets of construction (commercial, marine and residential) for over 25 years. The past two decades has been spent building luxury homes in Seattle and now in Florida! I take great pride in the homes I build and desire to pass this along to my clients who are seeking a home inspections. I believe there is much that many homeowners are not aware should be a regularly maintained item which leads to deficiencies that can greatly affect the life span of a home as well the quality of living for the families buying them.
MY PHILOSIPHY ON INSPECTIONS
Having seen some home inspectors blow through their inspections only to miss many crucial items, my aim is to provide you with the most comprehensive report I can. While nearly every inspection will find defects, I feel it is important to educate you not only why it's on the report, but also understand its level of importance or impact to you. Not every "defect" has to be a deal breaker! At the same time, I want to educate new and veteran home owners about the regular maintenance every home needs to keep it a structurally sound, safe and healthy home that will retain its value through the years.

SERIVES & EQUIPMENT
To get the best results for you, I employ the use of infrared cameras, pinless moisture meters and electrical testers when necessary. Also, since not all roofs are accessible, I can take my inspection a step farther than just leaning a ladder on the eaves and use a drone to get to the hard to reach locations that would prevent a home inspector from seeing potential defects. My reports are produced with Spectora Home Inspection Software. The reports are not just clear and organized for quick reference to any critical defects, it also has a user-friendly client portal to view and download your reports.
