John is a TREC Professional Inspector (#22443) and has been inspecting Texas homes since 2017, with over 2,300 inspections behind him. He came to the trade from a background in hospitality, so working with people is second nature, and he's known for explaining what an inspection found in plain English instead of inspector-speak. Realtors and clients who work with him once tend to call him back, because he's dependable and he doesn't miss the details.
