I use state-of-the-art equipment including DJI drones for roof inspections, digital moisture meters, FLIR infrared cameras, and infrared temperature sensors, along with carbon monoxide and explosive gas detectors. The inspection reports I provide contain detailed photographs of problems, cover all of the major home systems, and give you the knowledge you need to make a fully informed decision.
