Austin brings more than a decade of hands-on experience in the construction and roofing industries to the 3 Arrows Property Inspection team. Having spent years working directly on homes in a rapidly growing market, he developed a deep understanding of how homes are built, how building systems perform over time, and how critical proper evaluation can be for homeowners.

Austin approaches home inspection with a strong sense of purpose. He believes the greatest value in this profession is helping families avoid costly surprises and providing the clarity needed to make confident decisions. Known for his problem-solving mindset and ability to communicate complex issues clearly, he focuses on delivering practical insight and peace of mind to the clients he serves.

With a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry, Austin brings a unique scientific perspective to the inspection process. His background in the life sciences and material sciences allows him to better understand issues such as moisture intrusion, mold development, building material degradation, HVAC performance, and structural load behavior.
