Todd has been involved in over 12,000 real estate transactions before inspecting Todd was a Mortgage Loan Officer completing 2000+ Mortgage loans in 10 years and is an active volunteer who makes financial donations to local charities & monthly donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital & Pink Ribbon Good
