The owner and lead inspector has resided in the tri-state area almost his entire life. Todd has purchased, and renovated 25 homes, lived in 16 homes & has been involved with the personal building process of four homes.
Todd has been involved in over 12,000 real estate transactions with over 10,000+ inspections before inspecting Todd was a Mortgage Loan Officer completing 2000 Mortgage loans in 10 years and is an active volunteer who makes financial donations to local charities & monthly donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
