Todd began working at 13 years old, cutting grass for neighbors until at just 16 years old started working in the Restaurant business, developing a strong work ethic and customer-first mindset through 12 years in the restaurant industry, where attention to detail, accountability, and service under pressure were non-negotiable. Todd was the General manager of a restaurant by the age of 22.
Those early years shaped how Todd approaches every client relationship today—with respect, clear communication, and follow-through.
For the past 25 years, Todd has worked directly in real estate and residential finance, including time as a Mortgage Loan Officer with U.S. Bank. This background gives him a rare, well-rounded understanding of homes—not just from a structural standpoint, but also from the financial, transactional, and buyer-protection side of the process. He understands how inspection findings affect negotiations, lending, and long-term homeownership decisions.
Fun Fact: Todd has owned 26 homes since the age of 21!
Now approaching 53 years old, Todd brings nearly four decades of customer service experience and a proven track record of protecting clients through thorough, unbiased, and easy-to-understand home inspections. His inspections are known for being detailed, honest, and focused on what truly matters—safety, function, and informed decision-making.
