Born and raised in Peru, Omar grew up learning the ins and outs of home construction by watching his father build houses from the ground up. That early passion turned into a lifelong love for home repair and maintenance.

With a professional background in electrical work and engineering, Omar brings a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of how homes should be built — especially here in Florida. His knowledge of home construction and state building codes makes him a huge asset for anyone looking to make a smart home investment.

Omar earned his home inspection license in 2021 after graduating from the Inspection Certification Associates (ICA) program, and he’s been helping clients make confident home decisions ever since.
