Rick is an exceptional inspector and Certified Indoor Air Quality Manager (CIAQM) with over 20 years in the indoor air, mold and asbestos inspection industry.  He has a Bachelors of Science in Biology with a focus in Microbiology and Chemistry and he brings his talents to work for us.  His previous work also includes foundation and windstorm inspections as well as methane monitoring, ground water testing and Phase I environmental site assessments.  This has provided him with a solid overall background which he brings to every job.  He has performed thousands of residential, government, and commercial property inspections, including months-long projects following Hurricane Rita, and Hurricane Harvey.  

When he isn’t working, he likes to go fishing, volunteer with his family, and do woodworking and tinkering in his shed.  We are excited to welcome Rick to our team.
