Meet Your Inspector: Jayme Dawson

I’m a NACHI Certified Professional Inspector with over a year of inspection experience—and more than 13 years of hands-on expertise as a residential remodeling contractor.

My career began in plumbing and quickly expanded into all areas of residential construction, including insurance reconstruction and full-scale renovations. I eventually became a licensed General Contractor, which gives me a unique perspective during home inspections. I know how homes are built from the ground up, and I use that knowledge to identify potential issues and explain them clearly to both homebuyers and agents.

My most trusted tools are my flashlight and camera—they help me see the details that matter and ensure nothing gets overlooked. I became a home inspector to expand my knowledge of the industry and found a true passion in helping people make informed decisions during such an important milestone.

When I’m not inspecting homes, I’m on the softball field coaching a talented team of teenage athletes. I love mentoring young players and helping them grow both on and off the field.
