Meet your Inspector -  Zeb Burton

I’ve been proudly serving as a certified home inspector for the past three years and am InterNACHI certified, bringing a well-rounded background in landscaping, construction, and HVAC to every inspection I perform.

I approach each home with a problem-solving mindset—I love the challenge of tracing a symptom back to its root cause. My favorite tool in my kit? The thermal camera. It helps uncover what the eye can’t see and adds another layer of insight to ensure you have the full picture of your home.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is working with first-time homebuyers. I enjoy walking you through the ins and outs of your home’s systems, answering your questions, and sharing tips for long-term maintenance and care. My goal is to make sure you feel informed, confident, and ready for homeownership.

And just for fun—a little about me outside of work: I love spending time outdoors with my dogs, especially hiking around Kennesaw Mountain.
