Shane received his CPI (Certified Professional Inspector) certification from InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) after many credit hours of education, as well as, hands on and in classroom training at InterNACHI's infamous House of Horrors by some of InterNACHI's esteemed Certified Master Inspectors.

Having been born and raised in the central Nebraska area, Shane served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2007 during some time spent in the Nebraska Army National Guard. Having been a first time home-buyer in the area, a veteran home-buyer, and an investment property owner he can relate to many types of clients in many stages of life. This allows him to customize his inspections to each individual client in a way that not every inspector may be able to, understanding a little more intimately each one's specific needs. Helping clients navigate their home ownership journey is what motivates Shane every day.

Shane has spent the most recent portion of his career in quality control in various manufacturing environments and is also OSHA 30 hour certified. This previous career path has given Shane extremely valuable experience in honing his abilities of being able to be thorough in identifying and reporting defects.
