Charles has been working with houses since 2000. He started his career working in Residential Construction installing drywall for an independent subcontractor. After 6 years of installing drywall he started a small family business specializing in concrete. He later transitioned into Residential Appraisal Reviewer position for 2 years prior to Inspecting.

In 2013 Charles began his training for a career in Residential Home Inspections and in 2014 joined Peace of Mind Home Inspections as a sub contractor. With his 16 years of experience working with houses, Charles has become an excellent inspector.

Currently he is a member of InterNachi (International Association of Professional Inspectors) with Certification in Thermography, which is the use of Thermal Imaging, and is currently working on gaining more individual certifications.

For fun Charles spends time up north with family and friends enjoying the great Minnesota outdoors camping, fishing, hunting and off road fun.
