Keith H. Bott is the owner and principal inspector at Methodical Home Inspections, LLC.  Keith purchased his first out-of-state rental property in 2004 and his interest in real estate grew from there.  Keith’s experience as a former rental property owner gives him a unique perspective on the importance of home inspections. He understands that a home is one of the biggest investments that his clients will ever make, and he is committed to helping them make informed decisions by providing them with a detailed and thorough inspection report.  He truly enjoys teaching clients about their prospective homes and considers himself a consultant not just a home inspector. 

Keith's education and experience have prepared him to be an expert in the field. He is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector and licensed by the State of New Jersey, and has completed additional training and continuing education courses to further his own knowledge base.  In addition, he also holds an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and a master's degree from The City University of New York (CUNY). 

As a proud US Army veteran, Keith's experience in the military taught him the importance of having a systematic approach to every task. He understands that attention to detail and thoroughness are critical to success, and he has applied these principles to his work as a home inspector.  His military awards and decorations include the Ranger Tab, Parachutist Badge, Combat Infantryman Badge, Expert Infantryman Badge, and Bronze Star.
