Meet Jared Schmidt – Inspector Extraordinaire
Jared is the newest (and brightest) addition to the Porch Light Inspection team. With a strong background in hospitality and years of hands-on experience building, remodeling, and renovating restaurant spaces, Jared brings a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of how buildings function behind the scenes.

He’s passionate about both residential and commercial inspections, and he’s driven to help clients make informed, confident decisions about their properties. When he’s not on the job, you can usually find him appreciating good food, great design, or anything with solid craftsmanship.
