My name is Coleman Schultz, and I am the owner of Integrity First Inspections. I have spent the last decade as a Master Certified Home Inspector, providing honest, detailed, and dependable home and commercial inspections for my clients.

I am a graduate of the HVAC program at Texas State Technical College, as well as Champions School of Real Estate. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience working in the oilfield industry and alongside a custom home builder, which has given me a strong understanding of how homes are built and maintained. I also served honorably in the United States Army, where I developed the discipline, integrity, and work ethic that continue to guide me today.

As a father of four and a proud grandfather, I understand that purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments a family can make. I started Integrity First Inspections with my family in mind and the desire to build a business centered on faith, family, and service while helping clients make informed and confident decisions.

I take pride in being a family man and a Christian, and I believe my loyalty to my clients is reflected through my attention to detail, honesty, and trustworthy reputation.
