My military service shaped the way I approach responsibility, discipline, and trust. I founded Integrity First Inspections on those principles.

With more than a decade of experience as a professional home inspector and Certified Master Inspector, I've inspected thousands of residential and commercial properties at various stages of construction and in a wide range of conditions.

I understand how complex and important buying or selling real estate can be. I can't make decisions for you, and my goal isn't to create unnecessary alarm. My goal is to identify and document visible defects and deficiencies, explain my findings clearly, and provide the information you need to move forward with confidence.
