Serving Jefferson county and the surrounding areas for 15 years and counting. I pride myself on making sure inspections are as thorough, and complete as possible. Before inspecting I was a residential electrician, and have been involved in construction my whole life.
Residential inspections are performed in accordance with Wisconsin's Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors. This includes a thorough evaluation of all the major components, including the Structure, Roof, Exterior, Plumbing, Electrical, Interior, Heating and Cooling, Attic, and Garage.

Up to 1500 Sq Ft: $395
1501-2000 Sq Ft: $420
2001-2500 Sq Ft: $445
2501-3000 Sq Ft: $470
3001-3500 Sq Ft: $495
Homes w/FINISHED Basements (Includes Partially Finished and Split-Level)
Up to 2000 Sf Ft: $395
2001-2500 Sq Ft: $420
2501-3000 Sq Ft: $445
3001-3500 Sq Ft: $470
3501-4000 Sq Ft: $495
Mobile/Manufactured Homes (Up to 1500 Sq Ft): $385
Reports for morning inspections are typically sent out that afternoon. Reports for afternoon inspections are typically sent out the next morning, but in some situations are sent out that same day.

Jefferson County, Including all of Watertown and Cambridge: $135
Waukesha, Dane, Dodge Counties: $155
Area Inspection Services, LLC also provides radon testing for commercial buildings, including apartment buildings, schools and daycare centers.

Commercial inspections are offered on a wide variety of small to medium sized commercial properties, specializing in multi-unit properties. Pricing varies by size, age, and occupancy type. Please call or email for a quote.

Radon Mitigation
As of 1/01/26 radon mitigation system installations will no longer be offered.
Repair or maintenance services will remain available for radon mitigation systems that were installed by Area Inspection Services, LLC.
