Silvertip Home Inspection serves both buyers and sellers throughout the Municipality of Anchorage and the Mat-Su Borough.  It is locally owned by Nathan Kurzmann, CPI. Nathan has an extensive background in the construction industry with over 20 years of experience. Nathan’s goal is to perform a thorough, un-biased home inspection and then detail it in an easy to read report to allow clients the ability to make an educated decision on their own.

Nathan is a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), InterNACHI certified, passed the National Home Inspectors Exam, and insured. InterNACHI’s training is the only nationally accredited home inspection college in the world. Furthermore, InterNACHI holds their inspectors to the highest of standards in order to use their name.  

Silvertip Home Inspection’s software of choice is Spectora due to its modern and user friendly report. Spectora allows Nathan to integrate both video and photos into the final report to capture deficiencies. Clients are highly encouraged to be present throughout the inspection.
