August has acquired skills in construction and the inspection field for the last seven years allowing him to effectively evaluate a property to ensure clients are satisfied with their inspection needs. Taking great pride in his customer service, he strives for excellence with every interaction he has on inspections. His friendly and informative personality brightens the experience for everyone involved.

Starting in residential construction, August remodeled homes in the greater Land Park and Curtis Park area of Sacramento Ca. Having hands-on experience from the process of constructing a property from the ground up greatly benefits his knowledge as an inspector. After some time August transitioned into commercial construction as a project manager working on various large scale facilities such as distribution warehouses and bank remodels across California. 

Since 2016 August has been performing over 3,400 residential property inspections for clients and agents around California. He currently holds the ASHI certification from the American Society of Home Inspectors along with numerous certifications keeping him well informed during inspections. Continuing education through these programs allows August to grow with the ever changing industry.

In his free time August enjoys drumming on the worship team for his local church, spending quality time with friends and family, taking adventurous hikes with his girlfriend and growing in his faith.
