Ralph has been a Certified and Licensed Home Inspector since 2012, and has been in the Construction industry since 2001.  He began his career working for his family’s residential construction company in New Jersey, and later became a Journeyman Carpenter with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters after completing trade school and a 4 year apprenticeship.  

After buying his first home Ralph decided to obtain his Home Inspection License, and after completing the State required training and passing the National Exam he began servicing the State of NJ, while also working as a Certified Safety  Manager on construction projects. In 2018 Ralph and his family relocated to Maryland and founded Hawkeye Home Inspections, and he has been serving the Baltimore Metro Area since that time.  Ralph is also Licensed and Certified in Delaware, DC and Pennsylvania. 

Ralph’s strengths are in his ability to effectively communicate with new homebuyers and provide critical information about how to properly maintain your property.  He specializes working with First Time Homebuyers and their Agents.
