A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property, allowing you to make informed decisions about your investment. It includes a visual examination of the structure, interior & exterior as well as the electrical, heating, cooling and plumbing systems. Additional ancillary services are available upon request. After the inspection is complete you will receive an indepth report including photos as well as any recommendations we may have.
Commercial & Environmental
Our team of trained professionals provide (ASTM E2018) Property Condition Assessments for Commercial & Light Industrial facilities such as apartment buildings, offices, shopping centers & warehouses. We also conduct (ASTM E1527) Phase I Environmental Assessments to identify potential contaminates or hazards that may be present prior to a sales transaction.
