Fillipe is a U.S. Army veteran bringing three years of hands-on safety, equipment, and facility inspection experience to the home inspection field. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, Fillipe led pre-use inspections on high-value machinery, evaluated terrain and structures to prevent hazards, and authored detailed inspection logs and safety reports, all while maintaining 100% compliance with Army safety standards. 

Before the Army, Fillipe led a maintenance crew handling residential and commercial repairs, spanning carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and drywall, and personally inspected completed work to verify quality and code compliance. He also spent time as an upholstery technician, where precision and attention to detail were the difference between a job done right and a returned piece.
