Hey I’m Vance Robinson, Tampa Florida native that now lives in St Pete with my beautiful fiancé molly and new daughter Ava.  My previous career was working on ocean going tug boats. I decided to make a career change to be home with my growing family. As a home inspector, I love that I’m able to help people and teach them about their homes. I love this area and everything it has to offer. I enjoy fishing,  the beach life, and spending time with friends and family.
