Dustin Wheeler is long time resident of Southern Utah. He has been a Building Inspector for 5 years in one of the fastest growing areas in the State of Utah conducting thousands of inspections each year. He is licensed as a commercial and residential Building Inspector through International Code Council.  He is also an experienced Plans Examiner and has extensive knowledge in pool code compliance.
