My name is Shaun Hallis I have an extensive background in the construction, repair, and maintenance industries. Before I started inspecting homes I worked as a facilities manager preforming preventative maintenance inspects on the various system with in the building. Such as HVAC, water heaters, plumbing, electrical components, pool and spa equipment throughout Orange county. I also owned and operated a pool and spa service and repair business for many years.
