Elizabeth Olivas is the Co-Founder and Lead Inspector of Olivas-Nichols Inspections. She brings over 15 years of engineering experience from the United States Navy, where she served in engineering, quality assurance, inspection, and maintenance coordination roles in high-stakes operational environments.

During her military career, she coordinated maintenance and repair operations for multi-million-dollar systems and projects, developing extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural systems. Today, she applies that same detail-oriented, systems-focused approach to residential and commercial inspections, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
