As a former Contractor, Realtor, and Property Investor, I founded the Idea of ZenSpect a decade ago noticing there was a shortage of quality Home Inspection Services in the area.  

With a love for historic properties, I have extensive experience in architectural Restoration and Renovation.  I’ve also invested in historic commercial properties and been involvement in small town revitalization efforts .  More recently, I’ve invested in seasonal and recreational properties in both West Virginia and Florida, renovating them for resale.

As a licensed home Inspector, I am certified by the West Virginia Fire Marshall’s Office, a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), the West Virginia Association of Home Inspectors (WVAHI), Inspector Certification Associates (ICA), Home Inspector Training Institute (HITTI), and an associate member of the West Virginia Board of Realtors (Weston, Buckhannon).

Now, as a full time business, my personal mission is to make it as easy as possible for homebuyers to navigate the most stressful part of the home buying process. From online scheduling and payments, to easy-to read reports, ZenSpect aims to live up to its namesake by empowering clients to make home buying decisions with confidence and clarity.
