My name is Andrew Meairs, and I am the owner and lead inspector of Meairs Property Inspections. As a U.S. military veteran with over 20 years of construction experience, I bring integrity, discipline, and attention to detail to every inspection I perform.

Before becoming a home inspector, I spent years building custom homes, giving me firsthand knowledge of residential construction, structural systems, and the quality workmanship required to build a home correctly. This hands-on experience allows me to identify defects, recognize potential concerns, and provide clients with practical insight into the overall condition of a property.

I have been a licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector in Texas since 2013 and have performed approximately 5,000 home inspections throughout North Texas. My extensive experience inspecting homes of all ages, sizes, and construction types allows me to provide thorough, accurate, and reliable evaluations for my clients.
