Hi my name is Elvis Gonzalez. I had been in the construction business for over 20 years, most of it in the carpentry field commercial and residential. Worked in hospitals, offices, schools, houses, space center, ect. Many of my works were remodeling and during the remodel process I had encountered many properties with many defects that owners don’t know about. That’s why one day I decided to become a home inspector and help people to know about the potential defect that may exist on their property. It is important to know about those defects that can be harmful for the occupants and can also affect the value of the property. There might be conceal defects that will never be found, but I use some of the latest technology tools to try to find those defects. I was trained by Internachi and Fabi two of the most respectful Inspections Associations in the country.
